Most of our products are listed by our vendors and each product has its own standard warranty from the manufacturer and we provide our customers the back to back warranty as manufacturer provides. Warranty for Refurbished and used products shall be only 7 days from the date of purchase.
Warranty for all other Art Products and Furniture
- Warranty or damage claim can be done during delivery of the products against any manufacturing defects or damage during delivery and product different than what is ordered.
Return Policies
Products once purchased and paid can be returned only under following circumstances.
- Product has manufacturing defect or damaged during delivery.
- Product that is entirely different than what is ordered by customer.
Warranty Replacement or Refund
- Warranty replacement can take 15 to 30 working days for Art and Craft Products if products are available with supplier. Else refund will be issued to customer after deducting shipping charges (If any).
- Warranty for Furniture can take 7 to 10 weeks if products are available with manufacturer. Else refund will be issued to customer in the form of original payment method (Cash or Credit Card) after deducting the original shipping charges.
- All other products follows manufacturer warranty
